What does ABC cost?

One flat Chamber subscription: $249 a month, or $2,490 a year (two months free). Founding Chambers pay $99 a month. Members and residents never pay.

Can we pay by check?

Yes. We send an annual invoice, net 30, and record your check when it arrives.

Does it renew automatically?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your dashboard, and service continues through the end of the paid period.

What if we cancel an annual plan partway through?

Accepted Answer

Cancel within 30 days of your first annual payment and you get a full refund. After that, annual plans aren't prorated, and you keep full service through the end of the year.

How do we get our members in?

Paste from a spreadsheet, upload a CSV using our template, or store an API key from your member software. Every member gets a profile. Bookings only turn on when the member or the Chamber opts them in.

Do I pay per lead or bid on jobs?

Accepted Answer

No. There are no lead fees, no bidding and no paid placement. It's a benefit of your Chamber membership.

Do I have to take every job?

Accepted Answer

Never. ABC calls to ask if you can take a job. You always have the final say, and a job is only booked after you accept.

What if I miss the call?

If you've turned on email follow-up, ABC emails you the job details. We don't send marketing texts.

Is ABC free for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes, always. Describe what you need, and ABC finds a local Chamber member who can come.

What about emergencies like a gas smell?

Accepted Answer

ABC checks for safety hazards first and tells you to call 911 or your utility before anything else. Safety always comes before booking.
